Indian Veterans Memorial Initiative to construct an Alaska Native,                                                              
American Indian, and Native Hawaiian veterans' monument in our                                                                  
nation's capital, was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary                                                          
and transmitted to the House for consideration.
